Uncle Bob's Place

Fencing panels around the construction site in Seattle's Chinatown Internatinal District highlight where we've been and what's to come.

Fencing Signage

Following are fencing panels along the perimeter of the future site of Uncle Bob’s Place. I conceptualized, designed, and produced these side-by-side panels to highlight the legacy of Uncle Bob Santos. His vision for Seattle's Chinatown–International District continues.

Opening in 2023 Uncle Bob’s Place will include:

  • 126 low income housing units
  • Bob Santo’s Community Room, inspiring activism and advocacy
  • New home of Bush Garden, a neighborhood legacy restaurant and karaoke bar
  • Public art featuring themes that value and uplift the community’s stories

Uncle Bob’s Place will embody Uncle Bob’s vision for the Seattle Chinatown–International District community.
