Welcome to the Office of PeiPei Sung
With two decades of visual communication design for organizations with unique audiences (membership, donors, visitors, store patrons, and more) I learned that my user-centric approach to solving problems shares a similar thread with the field of UX design—using observation to collect visitor feedback in an effort to assist user needs and improve experiences.
Completion of the School of Visual Concepts UX Design certification program has solidified my practice in human-centered communication design.
I am a UX Designer.
I create experiences in digital, social, environment, and print.
I started my museum career as an oral history interviewer and exhibition developer at Wing Luke Asian Museum (Smithsonian Affiliate Museum) in Seattle. My role was to listen and represent the speakers’ best interests as we shaped first-person perspectives into award-winning exhibits. The basis of this work is listening with empathy for deeper understanding. UX Design encapsulates this practice.
